Woven Solar Hanging Lantern, Pack of 2

With a warm bulb glowing inside, this vintage style woven lantern brings a soft light to the garden. The pack has two hand made lanterns in woven rattan and metal, each about 16 x 24 x 33 cm, with a metal hook for hanging, which makes it simple to hang them at different heights. The woven texture and the warm bulb give a traditional, homely look that suits relaxed evenings outdoors and gatherings on the terrace.

An integrated solar panel and light sensor do the work: the panel charges the lantern during the day, and the sensor switches it on when it gets dark, with no wiring. Before first use, the switch next to the bulb needs to be set to ON. After that, the lantern lights up on its own when darkness falls, so there is nothing to remember each evening.

They suit gardens, porches, trees and tables, hung from a branch, a porch beam or a pergola, or set on an outdoor table as a centrepiece. Rated IP65, they are made for outdoor weather, and because they need no cable, they can move from the garden to the roof or a balcony for a gathering. The pair works well on either side of a seating area or an entrance, and they also make a thoughtful gift for a new home.
