DafaaHome ships to addresses within Saudi Arabia only. Shipping is free on every order.
Delivery Times
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch the order.
- Shipping time: 9 to 17 business days in transit.
- Total delivery time: 10 to 20 business days from the order date.
Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Saudi public holidays. All times are based on Riyadh time (GMT+3). Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Saudi Arabia. The total shown at checkout is the total paid for the order.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders are delivered within Saudi Arabia by our local delivery partners, such as Aramex, SMSA Express or Saudi Post (SPL). As soon as an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent. Order status can also be checked on our Track Order page.
Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout, including the national address where possible. If an address needs changing, contact us as soon as possible and before the order ships.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather. If an order has not arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

We review this shipping policy regularly and update it when our services or the rules that apply to them change. Any change is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
