Refund policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. If a piece is not the right fit for the space, it can be exchanged for another item or returned for a refund under the terms below.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Contact us with the order number and the item you would like instead. If the new item costs more, the difference is paid before it ships; if it costs less, the difference is refunded.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, not installed or wired, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of the item price is deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to a fault on our side.
  • Return shipping for change of mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been installed, wired, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without their original packaging, parts or accessories.
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us with the order number, the item and the reason for the request.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back with a trackable service.

Refund Timing

Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time (GMT+3).

We review this refund policy regularly and update it when our services or the rules that apply to them change. Any change is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
