What is HomeDafaa?
HomeDafaa is a Saudi online lighting store. The name comes from the Arabic word دفا, warmth, and the collection covers chandeliers, pendants, lamps, wall lights, outdoor lights and bulbs for homes across the Kingdom.
Where is HomeDafaa based?
We are based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and we sell to customers within Saudi Arabia only.
How are the products chosen?
Each piece is selected for its design, materials and the light it gives, with Saudi homes in mind: majlis, dining rooms, bedrooms, courtyards and rooftops.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within Saudi Arabia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and 9 to 17 business days in transit, so 10 to 20 business days in total. Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time (GMT+3).
How can an order be tracked?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. Order status can also be checked on the Track Order page.
Can an item be exchanged?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery with no restocking fee, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
What is the return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost.
How can HomeDafaa be contacted?

Do the lights need an electrician to install?
Ceiling, pendant and wired wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. Rechargeable, solar and plug in lights are ready to use without any wiring.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and as icons at the bottom of every page. All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). See the Billing Terms for more.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number.
Are bulbs included with the lights?
This depends on the product. Each product page lists whether bulbs are included and which fitting the light uses, such as E27, GU10 or MR16.
