Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. There are three easy ways to check where an order is:
- Shipping confirmation email: open the email titled "Your order is on the way" and tap the tracking link.
- Order status page: Sign in to the account with the email used at checkout to see every order and its latest status.
- Ask us: email the order number to HomeDafaa@gmail.com and we will reply with the latest update.
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and 9 to 17 business days in transit, 10 to 20 business days in total.
