Crystal Rose Touch Lamp, 16 Colours, Rechargeable

Cut like a crystal from clear acrylic, this small lamp holds a rose shape inside that seems to float when the light is on. The crystal cut catches the light around the rose, so the flower stands out at the centre of a soft, coloured glow. Measuring about 9.4 x 9 x 22.5 cm, it has a slim footprint that fits a bedside table, a dressing table or a shelf without taking up much room.

A touch on top changes the colour, with 16 to choose from, and dims the light across 6 brightness levels, from a faint glow to a clearer, brighter light. The lamp charges by USB in 1 to 3 hours and then runs without a cable, so it can be placed anywhere in the room and moved easily. With so many colours, the mood can shift from calm and soft to bright and playful in a few touches.

As a gift it suits birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, and it works as a gentle night light by the bed or a decorative piece on a dressing table. In a bedroom it gives a soft light for a late evening without the brightness of a main light, and since it needs no cable once charged, it can also move to a coffee table or a guest room. For young children, use under adult supervision.
