Retro Mushroom Table Lamp, Rechargeable

There is something instantly cheerful about a soft dome of light on the bedside table at the end of a long day. This retro mushroom lamp glows gently through its shade, turning a reading nook, a desk or a shelf into the coziest spot in the room.

Its rounded, glossy dome sits on a flared base for a playful nod to seventies design, and in orange or white it stands out as a striking décor piece even when switched off. Made from ABS with a built-in LED, it needs no bulb, and a rechargeable battery with 5V USB charging means no trailing cable, so it can move from the bedroom to the majlis side table or out to the balcony for a quiet evening. Three colour temperatures, warm, natural and cool white, plus dimming, set the light for winding down or for focused work.

It is an easy way to add personality to a room, and it makes a lovely gift for a new apartment or a student desk.
